The search for the position of Dean for the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina-Columbia Campus has begun. As the primary public health research and education resource for the citizens of South Carolina, we prepare the next generation of professional practitioners and scholars to serve our communities and impact disease prevention through public health education and intervention.
This dean position oversees the activities for the Arnold School of Public Health. At the University of South Carolina, the Arnold School of Public Health will improve population health and well-being by fostering innovative education, research and practice that promotes health and healthy environments. The Arnold School will use that knowledge and experience to promote prevention and effective response to disease, disability, and environmental degradation in diverse communities.
